Q. Do I need to purchase an event in order to sign up?
A. Yes, In order to complete registration, you must purchase at least one event.
Q. Can I view events after they have been completed?
A. Yes, there will be an On-Demand section where the videos will be available in the future.
Q. How do I access the free clinic previews and/or free clinics and events?
A. There is a link on the Home Page and there is also a tab in the main menu that will be active when the free preview is available.
Q. Can I copy the events for rebroadcast?
A. No, All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, images, audio clips, and video clips are the property of Copper Spring Ranch and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Copper Spring Ranch and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and can not be used without express written permission from the Copper Spring Ranch.
Q. Does my registration on this site ever expire?
A. Your registration is permanent and does not expire but it may be removed after an extended period of non-use.
Q. What is the cost of the Pay Per View Clinics?
A. Typically, live events and clinics are $10 per day unless otherwise marked, but may vary for different types of events.
Q. Do I need to pay again if I log out, or if my computer crashes, or if CSR experiences temporary Internet down time.
A. No, your payment is tied to your log in. You can log out and log back at your leisure, as you will still have access to the event(s) you have paid for for as long as they are live.
