In exchange for the fees that you pay in advance for our live events, we will provide access for our events to you through our website membership panel, so long as you abide by the terms and conditions that are set out on this page. For clarity, on this page, the term “services” refers to any type of service or product that we offer within our website. The term(s) “Copper Spring” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to Copper Spring Ranch LLC.
Personal Information:
When you place an order for any of our services, your personal information, including your credit card information, is transmitted via the use of Secure Socket Layer technology from whomever payment service you select, which is the industry standard for encrypting sensitive information. Your privacy is a very serious issue with us, and as such, we will not sell your personal information to any third party (other than a company that may purchase Copper Spring Ranch LLC, and we will take reasonable steps to keep it from being disclosed to any third party.

Live Events Use (pay per view access):
The live events seen in the Copper Spring Ranch website are displayed to our viewers with a Live Streaming player which is broadcasted over the Internet. Breaks in transmission may occur during the live broadcasts due to Internet connectivity. Copper Spring Ranch will not be held liable for any breaks of transmission due to Copper Spring Ranch’s Internet connectivity beyond our control. NO REFUNDS TO BE ISSUED FOR OUR LIVE EVENTS.
Our Content:
The content that we show in our live events, or on demand access, whether free or by paid access, is not to be copied, recorded, or re-distributed in any way shape or form.
